HitlijstHub is built for radio stations that want to run their own interactive chart. From voting and requests to DJ live, weekly statistics, work-through mode and public widgets.

Chart & voting

  • Own public chart per station via /t/stationnaam.
  • Not limited to 1000 songs: also suitable for Top 10, Top 50, Top 100, theme or yearly charts.
  • Compact Radio Digitaal-style list with position, last week, title/artist, YouTube, points and voting.
  • Voting via popup with balance, point buttons and a maximum number of points per song per day.
  • Automatic risers/fallers and movements in the list.
  • Vote animation where a song lights up and slides to its new position.
  • Load-more button for large lists without losing the visitor’s reading position.

Listeners & voting points

  • Listeners register and log in per radio station.
  • Balance/voting points visible on the public page.
  • Voting history per listener.
  • Request history per listener.
  • Administrator can edit listeners, block them, adjust balance and check details.
  • Extra voting points possible for logged-in requests.
  • Prepared for modules where listeners can earn points, such as chat or games.

Request box & song approvals

  • Request a song via the chart or via a general button when allowed.
  • Request box on/off button in the admin.
  • If no DJ is live, listeners receive a friendly message that requests are temporarily closed.
  • A listener may only have one open request until it has been played/archived.
  • Requests are kept for history and statistics, even after being handled.
  • New songs first go to Approve songs.
  • Admin/DJ gets a notice to check for duplicate songs before adding a song.

DJ management & Now Live

  • Administrator can add DJs via a separate button.
  • DJs can log in to their own management area.
  • DJs can manage requests, view statistics and browse/search songs.
  • DJ can manage profile details, photo, email and password.
  • Administrator can edit all DJs and send professional emails.
  • Now Live / Stop Live button for administrator and DJs.
  • Dropdown to indicate who is next, or return to Nonstop Music.
  • Iframe widget for “Who is live” on the station’s existing website.

Modes & broadcasts

  • Standard mode: normale hitlijst met votes en requests.
  • Chart mode: speciale stemperiode met eigen limieten en extra points.
  • In Chart mode kunnen luisteraars alleen requests uit de bestaande lijst aanvragen.
  • Work-through mode: werk een lijst af, bijvoorbeeld nummer 1000 terug naar nummer 1.
  • Work-through list met paginatie en keuze voor 10, 25 of 50 items per pagina.
  • Verborgen afwerk mode: points, places en stemknonpen worden tijdelijk verborgen.
  • Eigen programma/marathonnaam instelbaar, bijvoorbeeld “DJ Ron draait de Ton 50”.

Statistics & weekupdate

  • Automatische 5-minuten update voor posities, stijgers en dalers.
  • Wekelijkse snapshot instelbaar, bijvoorbeeld zondag 22:00 server tijd.
  • Weekupdate draait maximaal één keer per weekmoment.
  • Points blijven altijd behouden weekupdate reset geen totalpoints.
  • Last week positie wordt vastgelegd.
  • Records voor meeste weken nummer 1, ton 10, ton 25, ton 50 en ton 100.
  • Publieke statistiekenpagina voor luisteraars.
  • Admin statistiekenpagina voor diepere inzichten.

Styling & widgets

  • Station kan eigen kleuren en presets instellen.
  • Publieke lijst past zich aan de stationstijl aan.

Regels voor gebruik

ChartHub is gratis te gebruiken voor radiostations, zolang het netjes en herkenbaar voor luisteraars blijft.

  • Gebruik ChartHub alleen voor echte hitlijsten, verzoeklijsten, thema-uitzendingen of radio-acties.
  • Voeg geen dubbele liedjes toe controleer artiest en titel voordat een nieuw liedje wordt goedgekeurd.
  • Gebruik correcte artiest- en titelnamen, zodat votes, statistieken en afwerklijsten netjes blijven werken.
  • Misbruik, spam, nepstations of ongepaste inhoud kan leiden tot blokkade of het station.
  • DJ’s en beheerders blijven zelf verantwoordelijk voor requests, goedkeuringen en zichtbare stationinformatie.
  • Respecteer luisteraars: ga netjes om met namen, e-mailadressen en verzoekberichten.
